1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website and using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access our services.

2. Reservations and Payments

All room rates are quoted in LKR (Sri Lankan Rupees) unless otherwise specified. A deposit may be required to confirm your reservation. Full payment is expected upon check-in or check-out depending on the rate plan chosen.

We accept major credit cards and bank transfers. Payment gateway transactions are secure and subject to the terms of the respective payment processors.

3. Check-in and Check-out

We offer two standard options for check-in and check-out times:

  • Option 1: Check-in at 2:00 PM | Check-out at 12:00 PM
  • Option 2: Check-in at 5:00 PM | Check-out at 9:00 AM
  • Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

4. Guest Conduct

Guests are expected to conduct themselves appropriately at all times and to comply with hotel regulations. The hotel reserves the right to refuse service or evict guests who behave in a disorderly, disruptive, or unlawful manner without a refund.

5. Liability

The Grand Camellia Hotel is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury sustained by guests during their stay, except where such loss or damage is directly attributable to the hotel's negligence. Guests are advised to use the in-room safes for valuables.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
